The third class in the ‘No Props fundamentals’ series. This class focuses on full body movement which will improve core strength, assist in glute activation and strengthening your posterior chain to improve posture. Great class for people who already have a rigorous training program but want to ensure they get the absolute most out of their program through improving muscle activation, mind body connection and reducing the risk of injury.
