I recommend doing the classes in the order provided over a six week period. You can even double up on sessions adding the stretch routines as the perfect night time wind down to improve sleep and relaxation. This package is perfect for people all ages and fitness levels. You have lifetime access to the videos and you can do them at home with minimal equipment!
